Every Soverance.ai solution is sized for your real needs and usage, so the final figure is defined in a proposal. The ranges below exist for one reason: to let you judge, before any conversation, whether this investment makes sense for you right now.
Figures include the equipment built, tested, and pre-configured with the AI, delivery to your address, remote setup completed with our engineer in a scheduled session, and a remote onboarding walkthrough for your team.
These figures are a one-time investment in equipment you own, not an annual fee. There are no per-seat licenses, no usage caps, and no price increases decided by a vendor. Spread across a team and a multi-year working life, the cost per person is comparable to the per-seat subscriptions of specialized professional AI services, and unlike a subscription, the money buys an asset that is still there if you stop paying.

Simultaneous users is the number of people who can query the AI at the same instant with fast responses, in the heaviest usage scenario. Because usage spreads throughout the day, each plan comfortably serves a team far larger than that number. Where you land within a range depends mainly on how large your documents are, how much material the AI works with at once, and how many people use it heavily.

Maintenance and monitoring plan
A monthly service covering system and AI updates, monitoring, performance tuning, and team support, with a one-business-day response commitment and white-glove warranty service: remote diagnosis first and priority replacement of failed components, so your team keeps working while we handle the repair. The plan also keeps your hardware warranty active beyond the first year. It typically runs between 1 and 2 percent of the equipment investment per month, confirmed in the proposal.
Every machine includes a 1-year hardware warranty even without the plan, with repairs handled at our workshop.
